We pay a competitive base wage and we offer a unique, incentive-based payroll model where as you learn your position and perform your job better you can earn more. We offer overtime opportunities and pay extra on holidays. All team members are paid weekly.

Community
Speedy’s recognizes that giving back to the community is important. We support local charities and causes such as The Saint Joseph Mustangs, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Noyes Home for Children; along with other local children sport teams, church and school events. Scheduling
A 9-to-5 job isn’t right for everyone. Speedy’s offers multiple shifts, flexible schedules, and provides a handy phone-based tool for employees to view schedules, and request additional hours or changes if necessary.
